I was contacted by a recruiter who did an initial phone screen. The next interview was via Teams video with the VP of Inside Sales. When it became clear that the role was a lot of prospecting and cold call and my experience is Account Management, the interview was cut short. My 45 minute interview lasted 20 minutes.
