I had applied online via an internet job board. I was contacted within a few weeks of applying and given a general phone screen on the spot. The recruiter was very friendly and I was told that I would go through a series of interviews with Sr. level and Executive level staff via phone. I was also to be given a test that covered skills, logic, and reasoning. The phone interviews, while longer than your typical 30 minutes, were friendly, and very direct when it came to assessing my skills and experience. The phone interviews spanned from a Friday to a Tuesday. Thursday, I was notified that I would be flying out to their main office. I flew in and out the same day as my interview. I was greeted by a friendly staff member and told that I would need to take their intelligence test again for verification. I was taken out to a relaxed lunch where I learned more about the company. I was interviewed by three senior level staff members in separate interviews. In a very efficient manner and made to wait little if any time at all in between interviews. I had a very good feeling by the time I was to catch my plane. The next day I received a call extending an offer and I accepted on the spot. Post-offer proceedings were very organized and swift.
