I was first contacted over the phone (someone found me on Linked In) on a Monday and after a 30 minute chat, I was asked to send them an updated resume. ' On Tuesday I sent them my resume and was told on the same day that they were interested in moving forward and the next step would be an online assessment. After a couple of days (Thursday) I received the link to the assessment and completed it that same night. After about a week I was contacted by their recruiter asking for dates for an onsite interview, which included re-taking a small portion of the assessment to validate that I was the one who took it originally (which makes sense). I was in their office for about 3 hours with the first hour for the assessment and the other two for interviews. I was interviewed by three different people and they asked me questions about my professional experience, how I would handle specific situations and about my personal values in order to see if they matched the company values. 3 days after the interview I got a call saying that they would extend me an offer. The assessment can be challenging and I recommend that anyone taking it should do so in a quite place with no interruptions, as a good chunk of it is timed.
