Submitted resume, then received an invitation for an interview. We discussed experience, customer service abilities, and problem-solving skills. The process emphasized communication, hospitality, and professionalism. Everyone was really friendly, and I had a feeling they wanted me to do well.

Interview process was very smooth, the interviewer made me feel comfortable during the entire process which helped me bring out my best responses to all the questions. It was a quick 10 minute process.

Quick and easy process, one interview only. Questions were around experience and background. Relaxed and helpful experience. Unfortunately I didn't get the job though. Would recommend company despite this. Helps to speak French.
