The interview was very straightforward and not complicated atall. It was like every other customer service interview questions. I went to the reception and I was attended to my the manager and assistant manager and they were very nice and polite and then they began by asking me to tell them about myself and after wards asked me what skills I could bring to the role. The questions were not difficult but I wasn’t prepared so I didn’t get the role
