3 rounds. Over the phone with HR, followed by face to face sessions with HOD, then lastly with GM. Quite a straightforward process & considered market average in the industry.

I took two times of interview with different department managers at hotel. it was very short process. Your second language skills are plus.Script the answer to this question before your interview. Make lists of your strengths .

Cv en motivatiebrief opgestuurd, nadien uitgenodigd voor een gesprek. Er was maar 1 gesprek met allerlei standaardvragen. Na het gesprek nog een rondleiding gekregen. Er volgde niets meer, maar gewoon twee weken proefwerken. Daarna vast contract van onbepaalde duur.
