Very straight forward. I applied online and they emailed to set an interview after. Questions were basic about availability and all and they make you read a short script I received an offer shortly after my interview.

The interview process was completely over the phone. You were given a script that you had to read verbatim and asked frequent interview questions after. Whole thing took 20-25 minutes total.
