Contacted directly by their recruitment team for a role. Interviewed with them, never heard anything back. Reached out to the recruiter numerous times, completely ghosted. Applied directly for a similar role a year later, no response (even automated) to even confirm that I hadn’t been selected (this seems to be a growing trend borne out of laziness but blamed on the rising number of applicants for roles that I feel need calling out and not excusing). In all fairness, that their Internal recruitment team are unprofessional and ineffective seems in keeping with their company culture having now looked at the recent (and not so recent) reviews posted. Lucky escape probably

Entretien
I was selected for an interview with the recruiter. The interview itself went well - she was friendly and gave interesting and helpful information about the position. She told me during the interview that she was going to set up an interview with the hiring manager, and said she would get back within a couple days (she gave a specific day of the week). She gave me her direct email in case I had any questions. I never heard back despite following up by email. Having read the other reviews, this seems to be the norm for this company.
