I recently went through the hiring process with Accenture Company, and unfortunately, it has been one of the worst experiences I've encountered in my job search journey. From the very beginning, the hiring process left much to be desired, with several issues that have left a lasting negative impression. The first red flag was the cumbersome and glitchy candidate portal. Navigating through the portal was a frustrating experience, with constant glitches and errors that hindered my ability to submit required documents and information. It's disheartening to see a company neglecting such a critical aspect of the hiring process, as it reflects poorly on their professionalism and commitment to a smooth candidate experience. Equally disappointing was the lack of responsiveness from the company. After submitting my application, I waited eagerly for any communication, but it seemed like my efforts were met with radio silence. The absence of updates or feedback left me in the dark about the status of my application, creating unnecessary anxiety and uncertainty. A prompt and transparent communication system is crucial for fostering a positive candidate experience, and Accenture Company fell short in this regard. The behavior of the HR department was another significant drawback. Interactions with HR professionals should ideally be characterized by professionalism and respect. Unfortunately, my encounters with Accenture's HR left me with a sour taste. The lack of courtesy and empathy in their communication was alarming. It is essential for HR representatives to uphold a standard of conduct that reflects positively on the company, and Accenture failed to meet this expectation. In conclusion, my experience with Accenture Company's hiring process has been incredibly disappointing. The glitchy candidate portal, lack of responsiveness, and poor HR behavior collectively contribute to a negative perception of the company. Job seekers should be cautious when considering opportunities with Accenture, as the hiring process may not be indicative of a positive and respectful work environment.

Crazy interview process, took around 3 months and had overall 5 interviews with homework. The process is pain. The don't hire you unless they find a project for you and you are having basically 2 interviews for below market salary.
