Das AC war fair strukturiert. Insbesondere der quantitative Case war recht einfach. Hierum ging es:
Man bekommt eine Jobangebot über 40k/j oder die Möglichkeit eine Tankstelle in HH Innenstadt zu übernehmen. Dazu gibt es ein kleines Fact Sheet in der beschrieben ist was man so am Liter Benzin verdient und was ein Gast im Durchschnitt im Shop noch ausgibt. 30min mit 10 min Vorbereitunszeit.
Dann an der Tafel vorrechnen. Nicht schwer.

The recruiter reached out to me to check if im interested to apply.
After initial contact it took a follow up to get a first round. I was immediately pushed to the next round which went ok in my opinion.
But after that its been more than a couple of weeks and I havent even heard back from them despite following up once.
This is a very poor interview process if the recruiter cant even send an automated rejection email.
