Hiring manager was so excited and scheduled interview. Multiple follow up to attend interview. It was a video interview which lasted for 15 minutes with bare minimum questions. Interviewer wa 10 min late in scheduled 30 min of time and deffered further.
It was a two round process where 1st round involved technical question and 2nd round mostly managerial round where they test your ability to manage the project and how you handle the situtation
