there is a Phone screen and then first round case interview, afterwards second round group case lastly slide submission for a case interview. Fairly straightforward, there were differences from interviewee to interviewee
A 2 month process that flew by but was so rewarding. I am amazed at how every interviewer made me feel welcomed and comfortable at each interview. 1 initial interview with your recruiter, 1 behavioral, 1 confirming, and 1 case study. Please do not look too hard into your case study as it’s not as technical as you guys think it is. They are not trying to scare you, they are trying to see how well you solve a problem. There are no right or wrong answers, they just want to get your perspective and make sure that it makes sense. I studied for a week for the case study because I was afraid I wouldn’t be prepared but I literally was wrong, it was easier than I thought. Also they will ask if you are ok with 100% travel because that is the life of a consultant so be sure this is what you want to do. All my interviews were virtual and the case study did not require me to be on a video call just a screen share option in order to see the case.
