I applied at Accenture, I had a recorded video interview, consisting of 9 questions in total, including a case study in the end, which required video questions, as well as a short written report in the end.

Case study - video questions and a short written report in the end
There were 2 rounds of interviews. First is a group interview with 8 people where we were further divided into 2 groups of 4. Each group got a different case and were given 15 minutes to prepare for, then a 5 minute presentation plus Q&A by a panel of two interviewers. Second interview was a one on one with the director you will be working for.

Group Case Study (2HR + 2 interviewers), 3 in a group, discuss 15 min and present 10 min + 5 min Q&A. The case is very short, just one paragraph. There are some guidelines down there to help you with preparing the presentation.
