The recruitment process was almost good. After the initial interview, I thought I wouldn’t pass, but I did and was scheduled for the skills and closing interviews. Unfortunately, it turned out badly because after all that hope, I was simply stood up. I sent follow-ups and waited, even past midnight, but received no feedback from them. It would have been more professional if they had at least sent a response, even if it was a rejection.
