It was smooth and the HR was very polite and approachable. The initial interview was via phone call and after that they sent me an email regarding initial steps for the interview. There is a personality test and essay exam which I think are easy. After that, there would be another interview via MS Teams afaik and when you pass that, the final interview would be face-to-face at their office.
