I had to go through 8 phone calls with various people in various roles followed by a face to face trip to meet with the CEO. There was a lot of repetition in what was asked and said, but I didn't mind sharing my insight with all. The CEO appeared to be very straight forward and engaging when we met in person. He appeared eager for me to join.
