Interview was insanely silly. Had to network with a guy from my school to even make it to interviews, culture was very snotty. Just questions about the portfolio, very large emphasis on growth equity not being for everyone. Passed around to another analyst before not continuing. Unstructured and waste of time.

Accel conducted a 10 minute first round phone screening. I was asked about my basic interest in the firm and what I find compelling about their investments. Also asked about how my background is aligned with the role.
