It was smooth and it went well. The interviewer was very nice and punctual. They asked about my work history, and I provided them answers. The interviewer also tested my knowledge of grammar and pronunciation.
1 interview and demo during the application then two kinds of trainings and you must attend both and complete them as soon as possible. Easy buth lengthy and unnecessary process to start teaching

What would you do if you have a rude adult student in class?
It takes 2-3 hrs to complete the training and then the demo class within 2-3 days as well. You need to prepare props and realia for that and watch some videos as well. I have completed these steps, and marked as passed, however it’s been 3 days and I still haven’t received any info regarding further steps
Initial interview was easy. They will ask you to tell about yourself, working experience, how did you find out their company etc. The interviewer was so nice and very approachable.
