The process is very easy
Interview>Pass>Training>Demo>Pass>Start tutoring
If you fail on the interview you can reapply after 6months.
If you fail on the demo you can have a 2nd chance and if you fail again, you can reapply after 6 months

Question 1
Basic question like Tell me about yourself, What are your work experiences etc. and situational questions on how you will handle your students.
Via email and then through an AI. It was a first, and went smoothly. I was given a few instructions to follow before the actual interview. There were also video clips which explained the process

Entretien
The interview process was quick and easy. The interviewer reached out on email to discuss what is required for the interview. Another HR employee emailed the Zoom process before the interview and on the day, I was required to send my information to the interviewer before the interview started.

Good. I and another applicant were interviewed. The interviewer was not very friendly. She asked me to answer first, and then my co-applicant would answer next. We were asked to read a tongue twister, and to explain a pair of words.
