The initial interview was easy. The HR is friendly and accommodating. After you have passed the initial interview and the demo they will give you a login and password plus some materials for you to read. What makes me pissed is that the trainer makes you wait for an hour before he answers your questions. Another thing they will even call you in an awkward moment,like calling me during the Holy Week and scheduling the interview on Good Friday. How weird was that? Even texting you at 10 in the evening for a short notice training the next day. The HR informed me to check my Skype every now and then for the schedule of training which means that my laptop should be open 24/7 for me to get the schedule,then all of a sudden somebody will add you and message you to start the training at that moment wherein you are not yet ready for it because nobody informed you about the exact date. OMG! How could I work for this company if all you do is waiting game and Peek -a-boo!?

It was okay. There were a lot of applicnts and there was only 1 interviewee. It was easy to apply though only a few will be hired. And it was okay though

Video call through skype but you won't be seeing the interviewer's video. Interview takes about 30 minutes. The interviewer will ask both personal and situational questions. You must have a strong internet connection and a quiet surroundings to have a clear interview.

Entretien
When you submit your application, they will contact you immediately (if not, it will take them around 2-3 working days) to ask if when are you available and what time. The interview was done through Skype. You should be ready/online 20-30 minutes before your scheduled interview. They will ask you first how are you doing followed by the basic job interview questions like tell us something about yourself, why did you apply for this job, etc. After the interview, they will already tell you if you passed or not. Interview will last only from 30 minutes to an hour.
