fairly non technical , but huge time waste. Multiple rounds, all non technical and no alignment of the role to the job description. They keep harping on having retail experience and stress of having loads of stress and work with stakeholder mgmt but no questions align with the whats the job desription, what areas they are seeking help. Just avoid wasting your time and theirs . interviewera seem unprepared , are unapologetically late and feels like they have been dragged to get the process done. Total lack of respect for interviewees time .Had read similar reviews on GD about the process and was really reluctant to go ahead after the first round but was pursued and went through 4 rounds to be given lack of retail experience as feedback.
