Took 4 months for them to call back for a part time position and by then I had already found another job. I even went in the store and talked to a manger and they said it shouldn't have been that long.

Very casual and laid back, easy to answer questions. It was a good overall interview, easy for a first job. The manager was helpful and nice and it was a pretty good experience overall.

Typical interview questions. Be yourself and show that you can interact with customers and can maintain composure with customers who may not be happy. Also, make sure you show that you are coachable and willing to take on any tasks the department needs. Some shy away from some of the tasks that may require climbing ladders or manual labor.
