Applied online and received a phone interview about two weeks later. At the end of the phone interview i was scheduled an in store interview. No unexpected questions just a typical entry level job interview. I was hired on the spot and was asked to come in about 3 days later to begin my orientation. After orientation I had to complete a series of training modules on the computer before i was able to be on the sales floor.

The only question out of the ordinary was about previous encounters with employees at previous jobs and how you handled the situation.

Good interview process. Just ended not for me. Great questions and probably best for someone who is starting out. Talked about character and how to lead. Overall good starter interview.

Applied online few days later had a phone call with a manager asking for an interview. I say for me the process all together from applying and getting hired took a week

I received a phone call and was asked basic screening questions. A few days later I was then invited over for an in-person interview and was then offered the job.
