Submitted online app and got a call about 2 weeks later to come in for a interview with a manager. Asked simple questions like what do you know ie what sports do you know about because I app'd for the team sports department.

Easy interview phone call then in person casual low key. Emphasized reliable transportation, attendance and willingness to cross train. Customer service oriented good comunication ability to get along and work as a team flexible.

Great in-person interview process. Post-interview they move incredibly slowly. The offer came after multiple phone calls and text messages. Hiring managers seem to be slightly unprofessional. Overall it could be a regional or store issue.

Easy 30-minute interview. The manager wants to get to know you and your interest to place you in the department that is best for you and them. Prepare for the basic questions and youll be fine.
