Entretien
I applied mid-December. I got a response by the end of December. I had a call with the Talent acquisition business partner in early January.
I got a response 6 weeks later and was invited to an in-person interview. The interview process was good. The process included an 8 am interview with two people, a tour of the offices and lab areas and a coffee with members of the team where I could ask them questions about the work culture and the management.
I appreciated being sent one of the harder questions to prepare in advance.
I got the job offer 3 weeks later.

Please talk us through your preferred approach to project management. Your answer should cover your approach to handling the interfaces between the PM role and other groups across an organization, for example, proposals, BD, technical leads, senior leadership, finance and clients. It should also cover your preferred mechanisms for capturing PM activity, reporting and follow-up of projects. Please provide examples from your career so far.
