Applied online in December. First interview was in January with the team I'd be working with. Second interview was in February with the heads of the department. In March was sent for risk assessments and psychometric tests

Easy sailing,30 minutes, more personal followed by competency Camera was off for ease of communication. I applied,got an interview invite, the process then took 4 weeks for the checks before I got an offer

Experienced professionals that will make sure you know what you're taking about. The interview was on teams and interviewer would challenge your way of thinking. They wanted to know the end to end experience of the projects I've done, my role in that project and the business return to the project.
