Pretty standard process. Started with a recruiter call then moved over to the hiring manager. Also spoke to a few other peers and was presented with a QBR deck to present with. Expect to put in a LOT of unpaid hours into researching the product which I found to be a tad tedious.
During the QBR session, rather than focusing on customer priorities and KPI’s, they expect you to fully know the platform and asked multiple product related questions which I found to be hilarious, considering I’ve never had any formal training of the platform.
Advice to management: focus on an actual case study, rather than a mock QBR. Us candidates are not product experts and have no formal training of the Abnormal platform. Instead, have an open conversation with how a CSM would prioritize their book of business based on the current customer initiatives.

Entretien
Initial interview with TA, followed by a Hiring manager interview. Third one with Peer with focus on Customer Success experience - competency interview. Process moved very fast until all communication halted. Requested feedback, good or bad. Ghosted.
