I video interviewed for part one. The next round consisted of various assessments. They invited me in person for the final round. Here, the interviewer decided to ask me where I was from. I told him, then he continued and asked where my parents/family were from. I told him (although I have no idea what that has to do with the job). He made a questionable face after I answered and mentioned how he has worked with "them" before. They ghosted me after 3 rounds, with no thank you or follow-up.
