They go through a temp agency that gives a general interview process and review of your resume then they interview you on the phone with all of the managers then interview in person with at least two of the managers.

You will interview with the manager and members of the staff. They are very picky about who they pick and a lot of times the person that gets hired is not a good fit. The managers look at your education and work experience.
