Smooth, enjoyable and quick. The whole process was well-structured and the people involved where interested and collaborative. Would recommend applying here for someone looking to get a foot in to the finance world without extreme mental discomfort

2 x 30 min. First half is personal where you walk through your CV, they will ask about things they believe stand out in the resume, and they will ask questions about your interest in stock market. Might ask for you to pitch something you like. How you handle stress.
Second 30min is case. You're given one page of numbers and one page of strategy for the firm. Buy/sell recommendation comment.

Application including a stock case. Interview, then company valuation case. Last step was presentation of case, 15 minutes including discussion.
The interview was quite difficult with many technical questions. I would say it is required to have previous experience from equity research.
