Entretien
Very lax. It was just a group interview and a question would be asked, and everyone would go around in a circle and say their answer. I'd say the hiring process is 60% based on looks, and 40% on personality. If you're hot, you're a shoe-in unless you're an obviously terrible person. If you're cute, a bubbly personality will lock it in. If you're below average looking, good luck! In fact, how did you even get called back for the interview?

Potential employees apply either online or in the store. While filling out the application, potential employees select an interview time. On said day of interview, candidates will be interviewed within a group. After a week candidates are given a decision.
