They hosted an informal meet and greet session the evening before the interview. Then the interview itself consisted of 2 1:1 interviews and a Intelligence test.

It was a video interview. You aren't allowed to redo questions. It's short, simple questions so definitely prepare and leverage the time you have. I didn't love it but there's probably a lot of interviews to weed through so I understand.
