They approached me in the store and asked me to work for them. I agreed as I was looking for a job. I was interviewed on the spot and got the call that I was hired in a few days. Looks will guarantee you the job as the managers have a quota for attractive employees that may or may not be casted as brand models.

One on one interview, sit down outside of the store with the store manager. Lasted about 20 minutes of question and answer. Manager was friendly and let the conversation flow onto other topics.

They wanted very outgoing and charming people who smile a lot naturally, so do those things and you will be off to a great start. The job is tedious, but fine.
