Messy. The manager looked as if it was her first time reading the interview questions. She also texted while I was talking about my previous job experiences. The interview process was not enjoyable at all.

There is a hirevue interview that consists of 4 questions. if you pass that the you will get an in person interview. the in person interview was at the mall and was about 30 mins

What are your goals for the next 3 years?
What experience do you have that relate to the role you applied to?
The manager in training program sounds amazing but is too low pay for needing a degree. Very average interview. Dress like the people in the store. Adding words to hit the 30 mark.
