I was approached by one of A&F management and asked if i would like to apply for a job. I filled out the application in store and they called me back for an interview. They were flexible as i could not make the group interview and instead had a one no one interview.

The interview felt distant and impersonal because it was conducted online. It did not seem very hopeful and felt more like an automated process than a genuine opportunity to connect with employers.

What trend do you like at the store and how you would sell it to a customer?
Super simple and casual interview. Not too complex and very normal conversation. Heard back within a day and got hired, filled out tax papers and everything, and never got another call about orientation. It's been 6 months.

Pre-recorded interview but you only get 30 seconds to prepare each question. Fairly easy, but only get one chance to film it. Not a face to face interview though. Good luck!
