J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Abby Connect (Las Vegas, NV)
Entretien
First interview was great conversation over the phone no camera. It was positive. Then got to 2nd round and it wasn’t personable it was very scripted asked questions then you answer and move to the next. There wasn’t much of script so they they could make sure they got to the best you or that you understood fully. Then they didn’t even get back to me I had to stalk them to get them to say no, but they gave no feedback why , when I was over qualified

J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Abby Connect (Denver, CO) en oct. 2024
Entretien
I interviewed with this company and was told I was the most qualified applicant they had spoken with. Everything seemed positive, and they mentioned they were moving forward with me. Toward the end of the interview, I casually mentioned my spouse, who happens to be of the same sex. Soon after, they canceled the next interview, vaguely citing an issue with leadership.
To add insult to injury, I saw the position posted on LinkedIn soon after, with posts stating they were still actively looking to fill the role. I followed up several times for an explanation, but they didn’t even extend the courtesy of a response.
It’s 2024. Who someone loves should not disqualify them from a role where they’re otherwise a perfect fit and can contribute significantly. Moreover, the role is severely underpaid. Despite this, I was genuinely excited about the opportunity—until I experienced this. I would never recommend working for or using the services of this company.
