Started with recruiter screening. They did not know anything about the role and seemed eager to end the call as soon as possible. Second round was with hiring manager which went well. The recruiter attached the wrong resume to my interview and also spelled my name wrong which was disrespectful and left me feeling hesitant about continuing with the interview process.

First stage is a phone interview with the HR. The second stage is a teams interview with the hiring manager as well once you get through the first stage with the typical question and answer format for both before the next stage.

I got ghosted after a call with the recruiter, no email or anything. Then the recruiter called me back 3 weeks later asking me the same questions I already answered. Told him I was not interested in moving forward.
