Entretien
I spoke with the hiring manager first, and then was invited to interview with the team. The final panel consisted of Zoom interviews (around 45 minutes each) with the hiring manager and team members. It was mostly behavioral with some exercises thrown in to evaluate critical thinking and technical approach. After speaking with the whole team, the recruiter reached out to schedule a call, and then ghosted me mid email thread. Months later got an email that the position was not going to be filled after radio silence from the hiring manager and recruiter.
