Very disrespectful and unprofessional. The interviewer called me 10 minutes late, had the wrong resume up and took her about 5 minutes to find the right one. She sounded distracted and every time she asked me a question I had to repeat the answer twice because the first time she did not get it. At the end I was asking questions about the role and suddenly she cut me up and said she had to catch another meeting. 10 minutes later they sent me an email that they decided to move forward with another candidate!
