It was an on campus interview. It consisted of two 1:1 interviews. The first was with an HR rep and it was a standard behavioral interview, they asked questions like "tell me about a time when you...". The next interview was with a manufacturing engineer, which he asked more about my skills and prior work experience. He was very laid back and easy to talk with.

I got an interview from a warm intro, which led to 5 interviews in total: my connection, the R&T team, a CFD expert, current Co-Ops, another interview with R&D team, and a CAD engineer.

Straightforward process, applied via school portal. Asked about resume points and standard behavioural questions. Gave an overview of the work and expected role. Hiring manager decided to offer on the spot.
