The process was long and complex. The last step was a sales simulation and role playing that could be stressful if you didn't have confidence in your abilities. The rest of the interview process was straight forward.

Easy phone screen second phase requires sales simulation; review of previous background
prefer consultative selling style. Laboratory selling experience a plus but will consider other B2B; final interview included 2 managers and a sales rep
