Inconsiderate interview process, many reschedules and wasn’t given outcome or feedback after 3 interviews. Very disappointed as the role seemed a great fit. I should have seen the red flags in the beginning. First call was a standard HR one, except HR rescheduled twice - the first time was a few hours before the interview and then the second time (the next day), was cancelled 20 mins before. HR gave the wrong information, including the therapeutic area that the job was in, and the number of roles they were hiring for. I then got through to the second round interview with the Hiring Manager. The HM then rescheduled an hour before the interview to the next day. I understand things coming up, but this was a lot, as I had rescheduled work plans on all three occasions to fit these interviews. I should have withdrawn my application, but I then received an invite to a third and final in-person interview, so decided to give it the benefit of the doubt. Went in for a final interview which was actually nice, although I noticed the atmosphere in the office was somewhat dead. HM said she would call either the week after or week after that, but didn’t, despite me following up. HR then contacted me to update me that HM was now on AL, but would let me know the outcome on a certain day, but still didn’t. Terrible treatment and has put me off the company. Maybe they had an internal applicant, or they just didn’t want me, but either way, valuing people’s time isn’t hard.

One 30 minute screening interview with HR, one 30 minute screening call with the hiring managers, one 1.5 hour panel interview with the hiring managers and then one 15 minute interview with HR post meeting.
