They started by introducing themselves then asked me to go over my Resume for 5-10 min and then they started to ask me questions that need to be answered with the STAR method.

Entretien
Very quick and easy. Just make sure to use STAR format when interviewing. Always make sure to ask questions at the end of the interview. Be very eager and show follow through when you are talking about answers to anything customer experiences.

Linear and structured. Good people and results driven company. Make sure to provide statistical evidence of accomplishments when applying for a sales role that are relevant. Be sure to use the STAR method as well.
