Entretien
First invitation to interview was a phone interview with hiring director which was good. The next two were onsite with another director and VP. Very nontraditional process no real questions about my background experience or knowledge. The follow-up from those interviews was over a month later. Very disappointing timeline and overall experience.

I cannot get an interview despite having a background that matches/exceeds requirements. It appears the company does not open itself to many candidates outside their industry. I applied multiple times to multiple roles and never received a reply.
Went through 4 rounds of interviews before they went with someone else. And it took about 5 weeks from start to finish. They were very communicative throughout the process. Each interview decision took about a week to week and a half.

The interview process was very smooth - an initial conversation with the in-house recruiter, followed by an interview with the hiring manager. After this, there was a (virtual) panel interview.
