I talked to a campus recruiter at my school's career fair and answered a variety of quick behavioral questions while they took notes on an iPad. I received a text the next day saying I was selected for an interview. There were two consecutive interviews with different interviewers. One was a walk through my resume and the other was stereotypical behavioral questions. They took about 45 minutes apiece.
