Initial phone interview with recruiter. Invited for in person interview with the hiring manager - VP level. Showed great interest in my background, talked about big plans and exchanged several ideas. I thought the interview went really well. Was told they will make decision within TWO weeks. Then, complete radio silence for FOUR MONTHS from recruiter and hiring manager. They don't return emails or voice mails. Both recruiter and VP still work in the company. Very disrespectful. Not sure if it is arrogance, incompetence, don't care attitude or all of the above. Beware if you have to interview here.
