Conversation with Recruiter, followed by conversation with hiring manager to explain the role and talk about my background, followed by panel interview consisting of four, 30-minute conversations. After completing panel interviews and following up with the recruiter two weeks later, I received no response. This lack of communication is both disappointing and unprofessional. Candidates should be aware that this may reflect how the organization treats its applicants.

The recruiter was friendly and wanted to know my desires in my next role and focused on my previous experience. She said she would get back to me in a few days on next steps and ghosted. Never heard from them again.
