Multi step interview, first round is online technical test, followed by an interview with HR, a technical with engineers, and finally a non-technical with the engineering lead. The non-technical side was straightforward, and the technical was fair and well done.

First was a choice of an online test in either Java or C++. The C++ proficiency test was on various computer science topics and C++ specific syntax. Next was a phone screening using google doc for coding and whiteboarding.
