As the HR Manager at Abacus, I'm terribly sorry that you had an unpleasant experience interviewing with us. I came on board shortly after your listed interview date and we have since streamlined our interview process immensely. We also agree and deeply believe that all people, not just candidates, should be treated with kindness and respect in every situation; I'm incredibly sorry that you did not feel you were treated accordingly in your interview. We are very protective of our culture as it is one of mutual respect and caring. Because our staff is very diverse in terms of gender, religion, sexual orientation, and race, we do need to be sure that anyone we hire will be respectful of all walks of life as we would never want any of our people to feel disrespected in any way.
