First stage was coming in to meet the team for a casual talk to see about fit, laid back approach Second Stage was slightly more intense, actual interview questions Third stage was meeting 2 team members, again to see about fit and see how well I'd get on with the team (happened on the same day as the actual interview) (also sent a personality quiz to see how you'd work on the job so they know how best to coach you and train you, doesn't determine if you get the job)
